I started gathering pics long before I even thought about having a bio. I don't know whose pic most of these are. If I have one pf your pictures please let me know I can give you credit. Please feel free to e-mail BriannaNichole or page me on the Orange County boards.
Dan and Brianna: What a Pair!
Brianna and her knot addiction! Its sad really :).
Dan and I met at work. We had been friends for a long time and we really liked each other. As time passed we both broke-up with our significant others. We started hanging out more and more. It was when I was away on a vacation and started to miss Dan that I realized I had started to like him as more than a friend!
Dan proposed on Tuesday September 27, 05 on the San Clemente pier. I didn't expect it because Tuesday seems like such a random day. Earlier that day I had suggested we go out to dinner at the Fisherman's (it is on the San Clemente pier). He asked me while we were walking along the pier. It was perfect.
Here is a picture of my pretty pretty ring
Sorry its so blurry.
I am thinking about Sage and Ivory for the primary colors for my wedding. I am either going to go with pink as an accent color or I am going to go really tropical. If I go tropical then I will have orange or yellow the accent colors. It sounds ugly, but check it out:
These are the flowers from Bridetobeojb courtesy of Story Keepers Photography
I just love how tropical all the colors look.
I love this idea for an arch it is so pretty. If this picture is yours please let me know so I can give you credit
I love this idea for the aisle. I love that it has the petals and the flowers in vases. I might do something similar but with candles.
This is a picture from the Ebell Club web site.
I am kinda worried about lighting my dress on fire ;) so maybe something like this
Reception:
I am so excited I just got the greatest stuff for my reception. I bought my 'I DO' letters and I got a great deal on some glass vases from Tall Mouse. So this is what I am thinking for decorations:
When you walk up to the ball room there will be a table out front. Next to it will be the signing board with our e-pic on it. On the table there will be flower petals and maybe an arrangement. I am going to have framed pictures of my parents, FI parents and our grandparents pictures from their weddings. I may even have a few candles in vases on this table.
The tables will either have three different sized vases with candles with flower petals or it will have candles with a flower arrangement.
The head table will have flowers and candles. I am also going to get the bouquet holders for this table.
I am going to make one of those cool card boxes that has the pictures on the outside.
Both the cake and present table will have flowers and candles. The present table will have a couple of candles in a row next to a picture of FI dad who died a few years back. Its our way of showing we remember him on our wedding day.
Cake:
I love this as a cake topper
We already got our cake. It is a 4 layer cake. Yummmmy!
UPDATE!!!
I Just got the e-pics. I am in love with them. I am so excited for Laurie to shoot our wedding. I love that our photographer just let us be natural. We took the pictures on the San Clemente pier. Please see the Vendors section for my photographers info. Take a look at the quality difference between these pictures and the ones from the other photog where I am wearing black!
Sorry there are sooo many pictures. She took a couple hundred and there are just some.
On the Pier:
You can see the Casa romantica in the top left corner of the picture. It is the white small building between the two larger buildings.

On the Beach:
FI and I had problems taking our e-pics because our photographer thought he didn't have to listen to us. When I got the proofs I noticed my shirt was way more see through than I thought. You could see my straps and it looked so bad. So when we found our new photographer we decided to get them re-done. Here are the old e-pics:
Photo magnets from Vista Prints =$54.43 including shipping for 100.
Paper from Tall Mouse in Aliso Viejo = $32.00. I did this the wrong way, I bought cardstock paper that was too big so I had to cut it all down. I got 80 sheets of 12x12.
Ribbon & Tape from Michaels = $23.64.
Grand total= $109.43
Here is what the finished product looks like:
The picture of us is a magnet. I didn't know if people would know so I am going to include a paper saying what it is and it will have our web site.
Here are all my supplies laid out.
I am going to make my own magnet STDs. Here are some that I designed in Photoshop. #1.
#2. My Mom says this one makes her sea-sick.
Invitations:
I have decided to make my own invitations. I am going to design them in Photoshop and have them printed. I am going to use CR Reprographics for my printing (thanks for the suggestion lilylover77). I ordered the pocketflods from Cards and Pockets. I got 100 pocketfolds, 100 evnvalopes plus shipping and tax for $102.50.
Here it is.....drum roll please! THE DRESS!
I ordered my dress on January 14th. I am soooo excited it is sooo pretty. I went in to order the dress that I had picked out and the girl who had been helping me said that I just had to try on a new dress that just came it. I tried it and LOVED it. Tip for those girls just going dress shopping, make sure to try on lots of different dresses even if it isnt what you had in mind. You may be really surprised by what looks good on you. :)
My dress is a Jasmine dress and I found it at Ferndales Bridal. They are sooooo nice. I had this young girl (18) help me and I was like great this girl is not going to know anything. Yet she was so nice and she really knew what she was talking about. I would suggest Ferndales to anyone looking for a dress.
Ok, Im sure everyone is sooo tired of seeing pics of my dress, but have to post just a few more!! These are the pictures of me in my very own dress!! I love it sooo much. It is strange when you put on the dress that you will wear to your wedding!!
Its totally big on me and all wrinkly but its sooo pretty!
The back of the dress is the best part. I cannot wait to see how it looks bustled.
I really like the blusher with the veil. I think I may have to go with one.
Here are the pictures of my dress
Here is the front of my dress. I am not crazy about the spaghetti straps, but the rest of the dress more than made up for it.
Here are some close ups on the detailing on the front of the dress.
The back of the dress. I loved the scalloped edge. You cannot really tell in the pic, but the veil has the same edge on it.
Close ups of the back of the dress.
Went to Jinny's the other day to get my BM dresses and couldn't help trying my dress on again.
Here is the gal at Jinny's helping me into my dress, word to the wise..put you slip on first ;).
Here is me with two of my maids. L-R: My MOH my sister, Me, Bridesmaid my cousin.
Day of Jewelry
Dan is soooo sweet. We went to go get my ring dipped (white gold has to be dipped every 6 months) and I saw this really pretty diamond necklace I wanted. I was about to buy it and he was all, "don't get it, you don't need it". So I didn't get it. Well he was all sneaky and went and got it for me and surprised me with it.
Here is the blurry picture.
My tiara from Alfred Angelo. I love that it matches the scalloped edge on my dress.
So FH loves the LA Kings (hockey). So I told her the colors and the kind of garters I liked. She went and found another ebay seller that had the LA Kings charms. She was so easy to work with, she always responded to me e-mails quick.
I took the pictures with my phone so they don't look that great.
Here they are from far away.
Close up.
Really close up. I love the charm she found for them.
Bridesmaids & FlowerGirl:UPDATE!!!!
I have found the BM dresses!! After changing my mind a 1/2 a dozen times my BM and I were able to pick a dress we all liked. It is a Bill Levekoff dress that we found at Jinny's Bridal.
It really is much prettier in person. I am not sure on the colors yet, I think I may go with the celedon green with a ivory sash. The dress is really flattering on. The sash will be tied in the front, similar to this dress with a broach on the sash.
The BEST thing about the dress is that it is $100 less than the Lazaro and Alvina Valenta dresses we were looking at!!
My cousin Shelley in the BM dress. The sample was way to big
My sister (MOH) in the BM dress, again the sample is HUGE on her.
Flower Girl Dresses:
My sister picked out the flowergirl dresses, I am having both of her girls as FGs. I just told her the general idea of what I wanted and she went with it. She got the dresses off ebay. I think she paid a little under $10 for each dress and about $15 for shipping. Not to bad, eh?
Here is the front of the dress. We are not using the head piece.
Here is a close up of the front of the dress.
Here is a shot of the back of the dress.
We are going to take off the sash and pin that is on it now. The BM dress designer will sell us extra fabric for our dresses. We are going to have them make the sashes for the girls dresses. So the BM will have Sage dresses with Ivory sashes and the FG dresses will be opposite.
It is really hard to find a beach where you can get married on the sand without all these silly stipulations. Many locations don't allow you to have chairs, or they limit the amount of people. I hope you find these locations a good alternative.
Montage Laguna Beach: Laguna Beach. This place is soooo nice. It is a great place for e-pics. Its lots of $$$$$
Temecula Winery:
For a while I wanted to get married in at a winery so I have included several locations in Temecula. If you want to look for some more locations visit Temecula Wine Growers web site
South Coast Winery Resort & Spa: My other favorite! This is one of my dream wedding places. It is a lot of money, but it is so pretty. They have little condos you can stay in!
Thank you all for visiting my knot bio. I invite you all back to see the progress I have made with wedding plans. You knotties make wedding planning so much easier/fun!
